Questions & Answers:

Q.  How early do I need to be at the pool for Swim Practice?
A.  The schedule for each group’s practice is online, however a swimmer must be at the pool 20 minutes prior to the actual practice time so they can get ready to be on deck and do their warm ups before swimming at the published start time.  With the exception of warmer weather when there is also dryland, swimmers must be at the pool 30 minutes prior to the actual practice time.

Q.  How early do I need to be at the Swim Meet?
A.  You need to be on the pool deck with the Coaches 30 minutes prior to the start of Warm-Up’s published times.

Q.  What happens if I miss practice?
A.  For Jr Elite, Intermediate & Developmental Groups, the requirements are minimum of 80% of practice needs to be met to be entered into a Swim Meet (can miss up to 4 practices in a month).  This minimum should be consistent during the week leading to the actual Swim Meet. If a swimmer is away the week leading up to a meet they risk being scratched from the meet.

For Elite Groups, the requirements are minimum of 90% of practice needs to be met to be entered into a Swim Meet (can miss up to 2 practices in a month).  However, makeups are permitted by doing a double practice after a practice is missed.  This minimum should be consistent during the week leading up to the actual Swim Meet. If a swimmer is away the week leading up to a meet they risk being scratched from the meet.

NOTE: For Qualifying/Championship Meets a swimmer must maintain the 80% practice requirement a minimum of 3 weeks leading up to the meet for Non Elite, All Elite is 90%. (Ex:  A swimmer must attend normal practices the 3 weeks leading up to Long Course JO's in July.).

A.  All Meet information and entries are posted on the website as soon as possible.  Please continue to check the website for this information or any updates and revisions.

Q.  How are families responsible for the Meet Entry Fees?
